A bit about me
I'm Sujith, an enterprise AI architect and hands-on technology leader based in the United States. I've spent the last 24+ years building software and systems, but the last five have been entirely focused on one problem: how do you take the genuine capability of large language models and turn it into something that actually works inside a real enterprise?
Most AI projects I see fail not because the models are bad (they're remarkable) but because the surrounding system isn't ready. The data access patterns, the identity boundaries, the evaluation infrastructure, the governance model. My work is figuring out how to close that gap: reference architectures, production patterns, and hands-on delivery that gets AI from whiteboard to shipped.
I've led this work at J.B. Hunt Transport Services (one of North America's largest logistics companies) and most recently at QBrainX, where I serve as the technical architecture lead between Fortune-class retail clients and Google Cloud's enterprise AI platform teams. I've shipped production systems across Claude, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, OpenAI, and Hugging Face. RAG applications, agentic platforms, MCP server architectures, and intelligent automation running at enterprise scale.
Outside of enterprise architecture, I write about the tools and patterns I find genuinely useful. This site's picks section is that editorial voice. Independent, unsponsored, honest.
